Inspired by the historical cabinets of art and curiosities, which emerged from cabinets of rarities and curiosities and are considered the forerunners of today's museums, the mobile cabinet of curiosities was created by artist Marc Haselbach. It is part of the "Wonders for Franconia" project, with which the museum is embarking on a cultural tour of the region: stations are set up in public spaces at various locations in Franconia, where the public can tell, bring along and document their own personal "wonders".
