When we talk about terrain, we are mentally drawn to densely overgrown, often difficult, uneven or even impassable areas. Landscape, soil, earth, mountains - partly untouched, undiscovered, partly unexplored, undeveloped - emerge in our imagination. It is through these thoughts and impressions that Christine Reiter arrives at her depiction of the experienced natural space.
