Preserving the fortified church from decay and making it accessible to the public was the aim when the association "Franconian Farmers' and Craftsmen's Museum Kirchenburg Mönchsondheim" was founded in 1975.
The exhibition on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the association invites you on a journey through time. How was it founded? What has developed since then? Who pulls the strings behind the scenes? Many anecdotes and stories from half a century of museum and association work have something for everyone. And there will also be a glimpse into the future, as many projects are already in the pipeline for the coming years. Visitors can expect great photos and objects as well as exciting hands-on stations.
