Sport moves people - in the truest sense of the word. It causes excitement, cheers and goosebumps, but also disappointment, frustration and heated discussions. Whether fan or sports fanatic: everyone has their own personal sports story.

The new exhibition in the ebern galerie is dedicated to precisely these stories - from Lower Franconia and directly from our neighbourhood. It tells of international successes and special friendships on the pitch. But there is also room for defeats, setbacks and the darker side of sport.

The exhibition is intended for everyone - for die-hard sports fans and sceptical spectators alike. Particularly important: the presentation is designed to be barrier-free so that all visitors can discover the exhibition in their own way.

Ebern is also represented with exciting exhibits: an Olympic torch, a burnt chair and a gymnastics jersey. What's it all about? You can find out at the exhibition opening and on the opening days.
