The first institutional survey exhibition by Shu Lea Cheang (born 1954, Tainan, Taiwan) takes the artist and filmmaker's debut film, Fresh Kill (1994), as a starting point to explore her practices of worldbuilding - the invention and creation of fictional worlds. She presents works from the past three decades and places them in an updated context.
