The exhibition "SYMBIOSIS | Art between Man and Nature" at the Centre for Contemporary Art examines the complex relationship between man and nature. It poses the question of how art can make this connection aesthetically and conceptually tangible. Through the works of the four selected international artists - Paul Diestel, Christiane Löhr, Clare Langan and Nathan Peter - the symbiosis of man and nature is illuminated in various facets: From the fragility of natural processes and the poetic narrative of the landscape to materiality and design as an expression of natural forces. The contrasts and harmonies between natural processes and human influence are made tangible.

The exhibition in Hall 1 of the Centre for Contemporary Art, the so-called "H1", is designed as a multi-sensory experience on around 1,100 square metres and integrates various media - painting, drawing, sculpture, installation and video art. The spatial staging creates a dialogue between the works, allowing visitors to experience the interplay between man and nature sensually, emotionally and intellectually through the exhibited artworks.

The combination of poetic narrative, aesthetic precision and individual experiences builds a bridge between art, nature and the visitors. In this way, the exhibition invites visitors to reflect on the connection between people and nature, to be inspired and to develop new perspectives on responsible coexistence. The exhibition creates a space in which art, nature and different levels of human perception merge together.
