The Grafikmuseum Stiftung Schreiner (Graphic Museum Schreiner Foundation) offers you a very special exhibition highlight: discover the late etching work of the internationally renowned artist Per Kirkeby (1938-2018), created between 2006 and 2016, whose death will be celebrated for the fifth time on 9 May 2023. The classic motif 'landscape' dominates here as a supra-temporal parable of existence. In addition, there are around 20 sculptures by Dietrich Klinge (* 1954), which refer to a reality that lies behind the visible world of things. With their generous loans, Knust Kunz Gallery Editions, Munich, and Dietrich Klinge, Dinkelsbühl-Weidelbach, have made this unique show in Bad Steben possible. It is kindly supported by the Museum Jorn, Silkeborg/Denmark, and by The Estate of Per Kirkeby, Hinnerup/Denmark.
