Patterns of Body - Patterns of Space

We welcome new members to the Fine Arts section: Elena Carr, Christiane Fleissner, Esther Irina Pschibuls, Julia Schewalie, Eva Lucie Triftshäuser.

Movement within a body and between body and space always has something to do with boundaries: One's own inner and outer boundaries, the thresholds of the space that surrounds one, but also with borderline experiences that expand perspectives and thinking spaces and open up new ways of looking at things.

The exhibition "Patterns of Body - Patterns of Space" brings together the works of artists who explore the body, surface and space, between systematisation and play, repetition and breaking up, drawing boundaries and breaking down borders. Using the means of art, they develop spaces that open up specific, sometimes playful perspectives on complex structures of the interior and exterior.
