For the "Display" series, we have activated the window front. It offers an additional platform for artistic presentations. At irregular intervals, we invite artists to perform in this area, which is visible from the outside and independent of the interior.
The Fürth artist Susanne Roth has chosen a special pink foil with a metallic effect for her presentation in the large window front. It becomes a motif and an event. It functions as a visual echo of the urban situation of Königsplatz and Königstraße: looking west, an unexpectedly seemingly wide aisle emerges, on whose horizon an evening sky bathed in red light can be seen. The title "Im Abendrot" alludes to a poem by Joseph von Eichendorff, who is considered the main representative of Romanticism and who often describes the atmospheric nature in his verses.
