How many monuments are there in Bavaria? And what makes a monument a monument? How does archaeology work and what can be found in Bavaria's soil? What does home mean to us and what does it have to do with our monuments? The Bavarian State Office for the Preservation of Historical Monuments is showing the anniversary exhibition "Wait a minute - Monument!" in the Columned Hall of the Alte Münze.

The exhibition shows the preservation of monuments today and introduces people who take care of their living spaces with great commitment. It addresses the hurdles, opportunities and possibilities of monument preservation and establishes links to current social trends and topics.
