The city of Neumarkt i.d.OPf is dedicating a comprehensive exhibition of his work in the Stadtmuseum Neumarkt (Neumarkt City Museum) to Hubert Baumann, the Neumarkt Culture Prize winner of 2019. On display are objects, shrines and altars, reverse glass works, shields and art-in-building documentation, iron sculptures and installations that can also be discovered in the museum's collection. Those who know Baumann are aware of his great treasure of forms and materials, which he - influenced by the most diverse cultures - artistically processes with wit and irony in his authentic handwriting.
