Spaces and transparencies connect the works of the two artists from Bremen. While Bernd Müller-Pflug presents colourful and multi-perspectival confusion games on translucent, often large-format acrylic glass using the reverse glass technique, Barbara Deutschmann's sculptures focus inwards. The geometric-abstract sculptures made of stone and semi-transparent paraffin give the impression that one can look into the interior of the stone, in which further spaces are hinted at, disappearing into the wax. The viewer's gaze can wander from room to room and discover exciting correspondences between the works.
