Up close ...

is the title of the exhibition, which fits well with the works of the two Kaufbeuren artists.
Ulrika Passauer shows acrylic paintings and drawings created since 2020.
Corona turned many things upside down. The motif became more important. The distant moved even further away. This also changed the artist's motifs. The everyday took on greater significance. The staircase leading to the first floor became a motif, as did the coffee being savoured outside.
Bernd Passauer shows macro shots of flowers and plants, which were taken using a special photographic technique. Corona was also a reason to take a closer look at the flowers in our own garden. The distances were not so far and you could react quickly with the camera.
