The exhibition is dedicated to rural life before mechanisation. The focus is on the time when farm work was still done by hand and according to the rhythm of the seasons - before machines such as the bulldog changed everyday life.
The exhibition takes visitors back to a bygone world.
An installation timeline illustrates how recent technological progress is in comparison to the long tradition of agricultural labour. Interactive elements, an accompanying museum rally and a tear-off pad with recipes from the farmer's wife invite visitors to actively explore the exhibition. Visitors also have the opportunity to provide feedback and ideas for the further development of the museum.
