For 20 years, Bernhard Schmid has dedicated himself full-time as an artist wood carver to trees, especially his beloved apple trees, but also other unique trees and their stories. He has internalised woodworking and processing. The focus of his work is to enter into a dialogue with the tree as an individual living being and to introduce the possibility of dialogue between man and tree. Boundaries dissolve where the observation of connecting life processes begins and emotions take shape.

The exhibition takes place on the threshing floor.
