To mark the commemoration of 7 October, the Jewish Museum of Franconia in Schwabach will open the moving photographic exhibition “Home Front” by the Argentine-Israeli photographer Magalí Druscovich on 5 October at 11 am. The exhibition explores the consequences of the violence perpetrated by the terrorist organisation Hamas in Israel – with a particular focus on social cohesion. Druscovich’s images reveal the emotional reality behind the media coverage. Magalí Druscovich used her camera to document the profound upheaval following the terrorist attacks of 7 October 2023. Her images depict not only pain and loss, but also solidarity, resilience and compassion.
